Mt Bethel Elementary Hosts “Trashy Art” Show

In honor of America Recycles Day on November 15, the Mt Bethel Green Team, under the leadership of Annamarie Granros, held its annual "Trashy Art Show" in November. There were 24 entries that made extremely creative use of plastics, paper, motorcycle parts (!), household items and other "stuff". Prizes were awarded by grade and for "Best in Show" and were presented at a reception.  Annamarie commented that the show "is a wondeful way for students to express their creativity while also looking at ‘trash’ in a whole new light." Congrats to all of the students who submitted entires and we can’t wait for the 2010 show!
