There are two sample copies of SPLOST articles below: one Abby Shiffman and I worked on for the East Cobber that is general to Cobb County and one that schools can customize if they want with school specific information. Either can be used in newsletters or e-newsletters. Please distribute to your LUs. Healthy Eating Behaviors - Call to Action

Healthy eating provides great benefits for our children’s learning process. A campaign has begun to promote healthy nutrition from a young age. We need to support our children with heathly eating behaviors at home and at school.

The Call to Action Document below contains ten keys to promote healthy eating in schools. We must begin to assist the school community in understanding the values to our children’s future and the value to them as well.
